At the release, we will get changes to the gunplay to make it more rewarding, and shotguns will be fixed, so you won't be able to annihilate the whole server with it. The time-to-kill and time-to-death are considered to be changes, but they will share more info later if any changes to them will be made.
Battlefield is not a Call of Duty, and every fan will agree that it should be well-balancled close to the old games in the series. Fortunately, developers understand it, and the movement will be much harder, especially when shooting while jumping or sliding. The main idea is to make the movement predictable and not that fast.
One of the problems on the beta was players who abused bugs, and killed others from the roofs that are not considered a playable area. It is promised that we won't see such players at the release.
