From the Ashes does not continue the story of the original game, and we will even play as a different character, in a different region called "Western Frontier."
Visuals
The Western Frontier is a post-war region, so we will mostly see gray colors, mountains of ash, and a lot of depression, which, for me, is a good way to show the reality of war and the consequences for once-beautiful areas.
Story and Motivation
In this DLC, we see that not only are humans the worst enemies, but even other Na'vi, so we will be fighting a lot with different clans.
Gameplay
In general, gameplay is the same as in the original game, except we got an even better third-person view mode, because in the case of this DLC, developers thought about it from the very beginning. We will also get the new enemies, gameplay mechanics, a lot of minor fixes, and improvements
